Amuta "PRI" presents “Knights of Jerusalem” Festival is the first festival of living history in Israel.

About the festival

During the festival we would like to introduce the historical reconstruction of our country to the general public.

The festival is totally “fresh”: the first real joust using iron swards and the first full bugurt fights (mass battles in the 5 on 5 structure).

There will be also represented various traditional crafts.

An open air museum of living history – Ein Yael, Jerusalem.

Foreign participants

The foreign participants will be accommodated on the territory of the museum.

We will provide all the facilities: fool meals and shower. And we will also be happy to show you our small but extremely interesting country.

*If you desire to organize any master class in the field of historical fencing or historical reconstruction crafts, your time and effort will be rewarded.

The program of the festival

Oct. 6 : Arrival and registration
Opening Events at 12:00. Parade of teams.

-   Each team shows the “business card” – something that may represent the team ( show fights, musical performances, display of crafts and costumes, etc.).
-  Historical costume and armor competition.
-  Musical shows.

-  Numerous games and amusements.

October 7:  Tournament.
The beginning at 12:00 (link to the rules)

Our club presents three ringleaders:
Oleg Morozov, a shield and sword single-handed sword.
Andrei Zaitsev, shield sword.
Denis Zlatopolsky, bastard sword, shield, sword.
The diverse show program.

The end of the tournament at 17:00. 19:00 knight feast.

October 8: “Bugurt”  Day (mass battles - 5 on 5 )  
12:00  - the beginning

17:00 Closing event.

*During all three days there is an opportunity of craft fairs.
*We check the possibility of holding an archers tournament.
